Dr. Arthur G. Blouin is a distinguished psychologist with over four decades of experience. His work in psychiatric diagnosis has led to collaborations with experts at Columbia University and contributors to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), enhancing psychiatric care on a larger scale. He has been at the forefront of integrating technology into psychiatric assessments. Notably, he developed computerized diagnostic interviews for DSM-IV, including the widely used C-DIS for adults and the C-DISC for children. As an entrepreneur he was successful in negotiating the the sale of the C-DIS -4 at a significant 7-figure price. Dr. Blouin has published research on the automated administration of diagnostic interviews in psychiatry, showcasing the potential of computer-assisted tools to standardize and streamline psychiatric evaluations.

Dr. Jane Blouin is a clinical psychologist specializing in cognitive therapy and treating various psychological disorders. She is the co-founder and Clinical Director of the Ottawa Centre for Cognitive Therapy (CCT), where she has played a key role in developing innovative clinical programs and providing evidence-based, compassionate care to her clients.Throughout her career, Dr. Blouin has made significant contributions to both clinical practice and research. She has published over 20 scientific articles and presented at more than 30 conferences. She is dedicated to the promotion and teaching of current evidence-based assessment, case conceptualization and treatment planning in the mental health field, and the ethical use of cutting edge AI technology to co-piloting mental health care delivery.
Barry Libert is a seasoned entrepreneur, advisor, and thought leader specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) and digital business models. With over 35 years of experience, he has advised more than 350 CEOs and served on over 35 boards, focusing on leveraging AI-powered network business models to achieve exponential growth and value. He has authored six books and over 1,500 articles on business models, leadership, and digital transformation, contributing to respected publications such as the Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times. His thought leadership also extends into academia, where he served as a senior fellow at the Wharton SEI Center, leading research into new business models, particularly those involving platforms with network effects.
Prof. Arthur T. Blouin is an Economics Professor at the University of Toronto, where his research explores contracting and trust in global supply chains, as well as the role of relational capital in driving productivity in developing countries. He began his career in accounting and finance roles at startups and established firms. At PsyMatch, Arthur draws on this interdisciplinary experience to lead business strategy and financial projections, combining rigorous analytical insight with a strong track record of driving the successful completion of complex projects across sectors.
Christopher Blouin holds undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Marketing, along with postgraduate studies in Film and Digital Design. As a Marketing Manager, his background encompasses user interface design, effective use of video and audio enhancements, and support for research to validate the C-DIS-5 diagnosis.
Shreyansh Banthia is a graduate of the University of Toronto’s Master’s program in Computer Science, a globally recognized institution for research in machine learning and artificial intelligence. His career has been dedicated to AI, focusing on machine learning and end-to-end data science pipelines.
Lescia Kanuit has extensive administrative and management experience. She has successfully held various administrative roles. Her broad experience encompasses a variety of organizations.
